At MOLYINKS FAHION, bespoke and bridal pieces are custom-made and non-refundable.

For Ready-to-Wear collections, items in their original, unused condition with tags attached send out to buyers/Client are not to be returned Except the issue is from our end. E.g wrong Size, wrong Outfit/garment .

Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon delivery, with issues to be reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours (Lagos) or 72 hours (outside Lagos).

All sale items are final, with no returns or exchanges. Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Delivery charges are only refundable for faulty items. Please allow 5 business days for processing refunds on damaged goods.

Items abandoned for more than 3 months will be donated to charity. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
